Czacz – The Recycling Village

Czacz, a village near Poznan, is better known as the recycling village.

The whole village lives from collecting and recycling bulky waste.They refurbish discarded furniture, electrical appliances and decorations and sell them again - at a profit. Not only the old things, but also more and more customers come from Germany or Belgium. However, the Corona pandemic is giving the whole village a hard time; many are afraid that the virus will destroy their successful business model.
