Death in Malta

In October, 2017, an exploding car bomb ended the life of Maltese journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.

The journalist revealed how the country's corrupt elite filled their pockets with criminal business for decades. As a result, Galizia herself became the focus of attention. She was insulted and mocked for her discoveries, yet remained steadfast in her mission. In the end, her actions could only be stopped by assassination. The call for justice and consequences falls on deaf ears - despite all the efforts of the European Union and Galizia's brave family, friends, and followers.
